Our Services
Our shop has the capability to prepare, prime, and coat projects for home, auto, recreation, decorative, batch work, or custom fabrication projects.
PREP
The most important step in powder coating is the prep work. Removing dirt, oil, grease, grime, and old paint ensures the powder will stick and cure properly without any flaws. Prep procedures vary including general wash and rinse, steam cleaning, degreasing, phosphate application and sandblasting. Every project is different and will be prepped accordingly. Sandblasting is done in a cabinet that is 8' length, 34" wide and 36" height.

PRIME
Not all projects will require a primer but is recommended for those items that will be outside or sustain heavy use. Once primer is applied, it is partially cured (baked) and the top coat is added and fully cured. This process allows a chemical bond to take place between the primer and the color that produces a sustainably finished product
COATING/CURING
Color options are virtually endless and can be customized in many different ways to create a unique look. In addition to the standard colors, there are metallics, textured, special effects, industry and top coats. We use several different powder manufacturers. Please click a link below for more information. The paint booth and oven are each 10' length, 8'wide, 8' height.
